Buying & selling

2% excluding tax per party

Reduced from 2.5% excluding tax: 20% off the buyer’s fees and the seller’s fees, calculated on the sale price.

Long-term rentals

½ month’s rent excluding tax per party

Reduced from one month: 50% off the tenant’s fees and the landlord’s fees.

Each party pays its own agency fee, in addition to the property price or rent. Applicable taxes and terms are explained before commitment.
